About

His passion for helping others (and his belief in the power of music) led Roger to create The Harmony Workshops in 2009 – a programme endorsed by the HSE and recognised by the Social Entrepreneur of Ireland (SEI) Awards.

These workshops – still continuing after more than 15 years – have reached over 30,000 individuals across Ireland, influencing change in diverse settings including schools, youth organisations, drug treatment facilities and both the male and female prisons of Mountjoy and Dóchas in Dublin.

Roger's commitment to advocacy, education and therapy reached a notable peak when he was invited to share his insights as a keynote speaker at the Citizens' Assembly in Dublin in 2023.
